CONVENTIONAL LIGHTNING PROTECTION

GETTING TO KNOW CONVENTIONAL LIGHTNING RODS Like other lightning rods, conensional lightning rods or commonly called splitzen aim to drain electric current from lightning that will be flowed to the surface of the earth or into the ground. This is done to protect electrical and human equipment from lightning current strikes. Convectional type anti-lightning is the longest type of lightning rod, for conventional lightning rod terminal heads made using copper, brass, stainless, and aluminum materials made pointed. The head terminal is placed on the top outside of the building or house. Conventional lightning rods will be connected by BCC cables and conductor cables made of copper which aim to drain electric current from lightning into the earth's surface so that it is not dangerous.
